Entire House: $275/night for up to 4 guests; $10/night for
each additional guest. Details: 2000 Square Feet of privacy including living room with fireplace, full kitchen, formal dining room and sitting room. There is a large yard with private deck and BBQ. Laundry facilities available. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 computers for guests. Individual Rooms: Queen Bedroom has one queen bed and shared bath (only if someone is renting the twin room as well!). $80 a night, tax included. Twin Room has one twin bed and shared bath (only if someone is renting the queen room as well). $70 a night, tax included. ***Individual rooms are rented at the owner's discretion and are not available during the high season. During the high season the house is rented in it's entirety only. We also do big groups like wedding parties, reunions and family gatherings. The rate is negotiable based on time of year and party size. Kids under 6 are free. |
