Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fifteen days or more prior to check in = full refund of deposit
Cancellation fourteen - seven days prior to check in = half of the total stay is charged.
Cancellation six days or less prior to check in = total stay amount will be charged.
If you must check out early, you will still be responsible for paying the full amount of the days originally booked.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events
